Job Summary

We areseeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive (BusinessDevelopment) to join our team. This exciting opportunity offers the ability todevelop, maintain relationships with key customers and manage the promotion andstrategic sales. You will be responsible for hunting, discovering and pursuingnew sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets set bymanagement, by growing Medium-Sized customer segment within the set revenueband or defined customer industry segment.
  • Conduct in-person sales calls/visits topotential accounts to identify customer business needs, introduce additionalproducts and services and to retain current business within assigned territory.
  • Generate Revenue and Volume throughConversion, Penetration, and Retention.
  • Manages existing accounts and respondsto customers’ queries, complaints and questions in a timely, accurate mannerand to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UPSproducts and services and well aware of competitors’ strategies andcapabilities to position UPS product advantageously.
  • Review current contracts to ensurecontractual compliance with stated terms and facilitate preparation of newcontracts that meet customer’s shipping needs.
  • Support and implement Region and Local-strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree inLogistics and Transportations or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experiencein similar capacity or from corporate sales background. Prior experience andknowledge in dealing with Small Package or Freight Forwarding (AirFreight/Ocean Freight) products and services will be advantageous.
  • Solid negotiation skills with theability to communicate effectively in English language (both oral and written)along with their Native language and able to work well with people across alllevels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill whichincludes conducting presentation to stakeholders.
  • Customer oriented, passionate, sales driven and highly motivated with theability to understand customers’ perspective and think win-win.
  • Fastlearner with proven sales track record who thrives in fast paced, client-facingenvironment.
  • Candidate must possess own vehicle and comfortable to travel within Indonesiaas and when required for on-site client visits.
  • Require demonstrated skills in MS Office Programs (MS Word, MS Excel, MSPowerpoint).
