Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
• Additional experience in handling customer engagement platform is a plus.
• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
• Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
• Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
Job Description:

1. Experience in implementing, maintaining, and configuring Asterisk/IPBX systems
2. Good hands on experience of MySQL database with database backup and restore
3. Should have Hands on experience on Dialplan writing for Complex IVR Systems
4. Creating and Integrating service provider SIP/ VoIP Accounts with asterisk
5. Ability to Configuring Analogue / PRI Lines
6. Handle day to day tasks like creating campaigns, loading lists, setting up groups, users, Recordings retrieval etc.
7. Able to troubleshoot Dialer/ Asterisk related issues and following up with service providers on open issues
8. Security of OS Linux environment
9. Should be hands on in all day to day operational activities of maintaining live platform, troubleshooting of dialer issues, application issues, Generating and analysing
10. MIS reports, Resolving complaints
11. Experience in gathering phone and server log files and configuration data for analysis in order to determine root cause of problems and create solutions
12. Provide standby technical support outside office hours to handle unexpected network issues, asterisk
