Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare portfolio of clients
  • Build strong and positive relationships with clients at various levels
  • Build and document knowledge about the clients business and technical setup
  • Conduct and manage document all technical projects carried out with clients
  • Actively play a part in ensuring financial targets are reached
  • Build strong relationships with Client team members
  • Feedback any important client information to internal
  • Identify any training/knowledge needs for clients and colleagues
  • Prepare and perform training of clients and colleagues
  • Has analytical, initiative and creativity of RF Planning skill
  • Has general knowledge of transmission planning
  • Able to provide weekly and monthly reporting

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5-10yrs experience with a mobile operator (preferable) and/or Radio Access Network (RAN) vendor/supplier.
  • Experienced and expertise in radio wave propagation simulations with the use of Radio Network Planning tools such as Mentum Planet, Atoll, etc.
  • Expertise in planning concepts in Multi-Layer Environment and model tunning process.
  • 4G experience is essential, and 5G knowledge is highly desirable and advantageous.
  • Provide technical thought leadership to drive and influence customer requirements in ali gnment with Protelindo Technical and Marketing strategies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Radio Access Networks product and solutions such as and not limited to RAN and Transport/Transmission Network (optional) antennas, feeders, jumpers and fibre optic cables, radio remote units, filters, antenna booms and bracketry advantageous.
  • Experienced in and an in-depth knowledge of coverage and capacity planning using Radio network planning tools, i.e., Radio Planning, Transmission Planning (microwave and optical fibre, fronthaul and backhaul), Optimisation is a bonus (particularly within 4G/LTE, 5G highly advantageous).
  • Experienced in mobile traffic planning, capacity dimensioning, congestion alleviation, traffic forecasts, and calculating potential site revenues.
  • Experienced in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping tools such as MapInfo and/or QGIS.
  • Experienced in the use of Crowdsourcing Tools and the ability to extract viable data applicable to uses cases for telecommunications and infrastructure providers/tower company industries.
  • High level of competency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access (optional) and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, and/or Power BI are essential.
  • Python and/or SQL and Azure knowledge is a plus, and the ability to create, integrate and query databases centric to building data science use cases for telecommunications is extremely advantageous.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate (Bahasa Indonesia and English) and interact with internal and external stakeholders for delivery execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Business and conversational understanding of English is a must.
  • Excellent team working and networking skills, open and transparent communication style is highly desirable, with an attention to detail, accuracy and due diligence, with the ability to deliver on time and work under pressure.
