Work you will do
You are part of Deloitte Southeast Asia's talent acquisition team which delivers recruitment strategy and execution to our fast growing management consulting practice You strive (both individually and in team) in giving the best in class experience to our internal stakeholders and most importantly our prospective candidates. You will:
  • Collaborate with TABPs to provide throughout input on the talent landscape, and plan recruitment pipeline needs.
  • Develop attraction and sourcing strategies, which elevate our employment brand.
  • Source and identify passive and active candidates for talent pools.
  • Deliver positive experience through every candidate interaction.
  • Support assignments or projects (as required) to enhance the effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.

Enough about us, let's talk about you
You are someone with:
  • Tertiary qualification from a respected institution.
  • 5+ years of executive recruitment experience, with talent sourcing leadership in either an agency, RPO or in-house environment.
  • Ability to manage projects to support goal oriented recruitment drives.
  • Strong understanding of talent sourcing channels, techniques and technologies.
  • Familiar with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
  • Ability to interpret and present data from a variety of sources to predict trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset.
  • Effective user of recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented.
