  • Understanding and anticipating customer%27s needs related to the product to be delivered
  • Act as primary liaison between the digibank delivery, digibank tech %26gt;%26lt; business product SME and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and prioritize the product feature as building block of the complete product
  • Develop Customer Journey together with relevant team (CE, UI/UX, Business product, BA etc) to deliver superior CJ
  • Reconfirm the User Stories, and narrative created by delivery team, to ensure alignment with the designed CJ
  • Prioritizing needs. Juggling between strategic, budget, resources, time, regulatory needs to determine priority
  • Provide backlog management, ensure product pipelines towards completeness
