1.Tocomplete new initiatives together with the stakeholders to meet its targetedtimeline, objectives and benefits
2.Supportproduct launches, campaigns, process changes/improvement initiatives etc withensuring customer centre’ requirements are accounted for and no negative impacton customer experience as much as possible
3.Todesign project proposal including project scope, resource requirement, timelineand benefits
4.Toorganize workshops to gather user requirements for system implementation
5.Toensure that all necessary project documentation is done and ensure timely andaccurate project status updates
6.Conductbriefing and training to the related staff on new systems or new processes
7.Followup on post implementation issues and review till closure of the project
8.Togather customer feedback from Ops after implementation of new initiatives
9.Trackthe benefits to ensure that it meets the forecasted target and seek approval toreforecast if needed
10. Assistwith preparation of presentation decks to managementIndonesia
