As Senior Medical Affairs Manager you will be responsible for reviewing and approving promotional and non-promotion medical content to ensure compliance guidelines are met.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Medical Affairs:
  • To work with commercial and regulatory team for medical and strategic support in the defined therapeutic area business
  • To work with commercial team for other medical affairs job in the defined therapeutic area. (Conduct internal and external scientific presentation, Support KEEs and their presentations at conference and GSK sponsored symposia, etc.)
  • Provide expert medical support for scientific papers, (slide material, Authors and/or assist in the preparation of manuscripts for publication and abstracts for meetings and conferences, journal publications, etc.)
  • Assist with review of promotional material according to GSK LSOP and promotion code and other relevant code/guidelines
  • Assist with regulatory team in order to ensure the approval process/evaluation of GSK products are appropriate to the timelines or even faster than timelines

Medical Operations:
  • To collaborate and work closely with other medical colleagues for medical and strategic support related especially to medical operation process (e.g. Veeva in medical activities tracker)
  • To be involved in the review and approval process system (ContentLab) of promotional material (by reviewing the material and being the point of contact and also involved in the process itself)
  • To cascade any relevant training and information provided by regional or global to relevant medics.

  • As Named Safety Contact back-up for Indonesia, has overall responsibility for the day to day management of pharmacovigilance for marketed products and products in clinical trials, including all Pharma products, Vaccines and Consumer Healthcare products, as required when NSC is not available.
  • This includes support NSC in ensuring compliance with all local regulations and GSK global pharmacovigilance requirements.

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience with similar position in pharmaceutical industry
