Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive and upskill HR team to be results driven business partners
  • Drive HR process improvements, such as payroll and work flows
  • Implement effective HR strategies
  • Ensure compliance to internal work processes
  • Audit HR processes to ensure adherence to local legislations
  • Plan team building activities to improve employee relationships
  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin or related disciplines
  • 6 years’ experience as HR Business Partner
  • Experience in managing payroll related processes, including taxation
  • Abreast with the local employment related legislations
  • Results driven, analytical, leader, influencer, independent, proactive
  • Fluent communication skills in English preferred
  • Experience with Workday is an advantage
