Work you'll do
  • Work in a project team
  • Participate in the development of client presentation
  • Assist with researching various technical and industry specific issues including perform ad hoc analysis
  • Research market issues and identify market opportunities
  • participate at meeting with target's management / client
  • prepare proposals and sales pitches
  • Prepare internal documents regarding clients, working papers and engagement acceptance procedures

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Master Degree will be an advantage
  • Strong academic credentials required, 3.0 + GPA
  • Minimum 3+ year(s) experiences in corporate finance or M&A environment
  • A strong finance, and/or economics background preferred
  • Structured thinker with analytical and financial skills to work on complex financial transactions
  • Experience in developing a basic financial projection
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation/report writing skills
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other related applications
