Job Description:
  • Develop, manage, and execute marketing and promotion strategies from starting from ideation until evaluation
  • Establish understanding on how marketing activity converts customers, and continually refine and sharpenthe process
  • Analyze and research competitive market strategies through analysis of product market or trends
  • Establish understanding on how our marketing activity converts customers, and continually refine and shape the process
  • Lead communication/socialization of upcoming big campaigns within BUUpward management

Requirements:
  • Have a background in E-Commerce Industry with around 3-5 years experience.
  • Has experience in leading several people
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline
  • Able to create campaign strategic & planning and analyzethe report
  • Have a basic understanding of marketing, promo, campaign & the channel's purposes
  • Familiar with Google Spreadsheet/Docs, Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working with data with substantial metrics
  • High integrity, ownership and negotiation skill
  • Able to coordinate with all related stakeholders in a positive manner
