Our client is a AI/ML-enabled marketing platform that connects marketers to influencers of their field. Their platform provides a management system and allows marketers to analyse the ROI of their campaigns. The company has won numerous international awards and have now expanded to Indonesia.
You will be responsible for :
- Developing sales strategies to increase market share and profitability in the Influencer Marketing business.
- Business leadership in terms of customer knowledge, sales strategies and long-term market positioning.
- Overseeing sales and marketing planning including the implementation of promotional activities.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their needs and concerns
- Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on Tellscore platform and services to clients
- Participating on company’s road show and events
- Negotiating or closing deals, up-selling and handling complaints or objections
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better sales results
- Gathering feedback from clients or prospects and sharing with internal teams
- Staying up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or relevant fields
- You have at leat 3 years experience working as a Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager or similar role, ideally in a Startup, Fin-tech or Automation Platform.
- You have good knowledge of digital marketing and telemarketing
- You have a proven record of successful deals closed
- You have a good command of MS Office, CRM and Social Media Tools
- You possess strong customer service skills and pay strong attention to detail.
- You have great interpersonal and communication skills both in Bahasa and English
- You have a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
- You are a critical thinker and have strong problem-solving skills
- You are a team leader and have good time-management skills.
