Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. 1.Providing the effective communication and information materials to member and other stakeholders
  2. Good knowledge in the Herbalife Nutrition business that can support the job and ensuring good communications.
  3. Monitoring and tracking on the communication materials. She/he will also manage internal staffs related data and information.
  4. Understanding on the sales and marketing strategy of Herbalife.
  5. Supports the event team during event.
  6. Providing POs and agreements and have strong tracking on them as per policy. Help to coordinate with other departments related such as: Finance, Legal, and others needed.
  7. Working with supplier to get Quotation for Sales and Promotion activities and able to do negotiation
  8. Always maintain a positive relationship with co-employees and management and work with internal teams on the planning of sales communication
  9. Able to meet the deadline in term of providing and distributing communication materials.
  10. Willing to work overtime and flexible hours as requested/required & Able to perform any add hoc duties as and when requested by the Management or his/her superior

Key Requirements:

  1. College or University Graduate, preferably with design knowledge and skill gained through work experience or education.
  2. Working knowledge of Digital and the Internet
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa.
  4. Ability to research, source information and analyze data.
  5. Good on negotiation
  6. Good on quality checking of goods as corporate needs and make sure delivery on time
  7. Ability to do analysis of Supplier performance
  8. Good on communication
  9. Good report writing and copywriting skills.
  10. Ability to perform basic administrative duties.
  11. Ability to meet deadlines.
  12. Ability to organize, prioritize workload and meet deadlines for effective implementation.
  13. Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision.
  14. Strong customer and results orientation
  15. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity
  16. Ability to function as an effective team member
  17. Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
