The Opportunity
Performing and executing the regional wholesales manager role to deliver our sales plan given by company. This position is playing a vital role since our products sell by partner’s sales officer. The chance is to grow and excel with the company within the business wholesales bancassurance.
What We are Looking for
  • Experienced talent with minimum 8 years hands - on expertise in sales for bancassurance.
  • Talent who are University graduates hold Bachelor degree.
  • Talent with hands – on experience managing sales force team.
  • Strong skill in data analytics and market observation skill
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as communication skill

What are nice to have
  • Experience as RWM or similar role for about 2 years.
  • Experience worked for multinational companies.

On the Job You Will
  • Responsible for sales achievement within the appointed region
  • To assure the relationship with company’s partner is well maintain
  • Supporting the team member with development this role may include personal coaching, team coaching and implementation of training deliveries.
  • Perform as people leader, maintaining and monitor sales team performance, and implement evaluation programs.
  • Responsible to prepare, create and present sales performance report to Company as well as company’s partner.
  • Finding ways to resolve it which is include taking proper escalation when ever necessary.
