Job Description :
- To achieve financial target (ENR, Revenue,Direct Expense, SP, SP%ANP, NPAT %26amp; NIM) as per budget.
- To achieve total target sales volume,incoming as per budget
- ·Assist and supervise Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager %26amp; LoanOfficer in conducting the sale.
- ·To ensure that sales practices in respectiveaware adhered to the standard contain in the group compliance, and group codeof conduct.
- ·Educating all sales team about importance offraud prevention and the value of integrity in doing the job responsibility.
- ·Ensure the agencies in achieving the assignedsales target through quality process and productivity approach.
- ·To develop sales plan and strategy to achievethe assigned sales target at his/her respective area.
- ·To maintain the cost of acquisition of allproduct sold at the channel at the targeted CPA.
- ·To ensure quality sales force recruitment asper capacity plan with strict adherence to the risk policy.
- ·To coach, review and evaluate Sales Manager%26amp; Loan Officer under his/her SSM.
- To ensure product training, product update and sellingskills training are conducted in a timely manner.
