Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy
  2. Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
  3. Design and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
  4. Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  5. Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
  6. Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees
  7. Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals
  8. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
  9. Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
  10. Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for three to five years
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar relevant field, preferably from reputable university
  3. In-depth knowledge of candidate's selection methods
  4. Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
  5. Outstanding communications (especially in English) and interpersonal skills
  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills
  7. Ability to prioritize daily workload and to work under pressure
  8. Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  9. Attention to detail and trustworthy
  10. A positive, can do attitude to tackle the challenges in the company
