  • Conducting contact center services (Mystery Call)
  • Conducting CSAT case analysis to be able to provide service improvement
  • Conduct Calibration with Operation Contact Center team
  • Make daily work report/ weekly/monthly

  • Key Requirements:

    1. Men and Women
    2. Unmarried
    3. Maximum age 30 years
    4. Minimum D3 education
    5. At least 1 year working experience in Contact Center as QA
