Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting, sorting out, analyzing, and summarizing quality standards from customers and ZTE, and applying the standards in projects
- Manages the quality assurance team, breaks down quality objectives to each business team, carries out work in accordance with the requirements of key project activities, communicates with customers in a timely manner, and makes improvement to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in the development of quality documents and specifications, compile quality training materials and courseware, and implement quality within the project team and subcontractors training
- Monitors the quality of process services, handles and tracks quality problems in a timely and effective manner, promotes the improvement of the project sub-team, follows up analysis reports, and monitors the implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Collects subcontractors on-site quality performance, transfers quality pressure to partners, and evaluates subcontractors quality.
- Determine the engineering O&M handover process and standards together with the project manager or engineering manager, assist the professional service project manager in engineering O&M handover in accordance with the established process and standards, and follow up the remaining problems of engineering O&M handover until they are solved.
- Summarize project quality management, promote experience, and promote services.
- Establishment and application promotion of the PMS quality module checklist
- Arrangement, monitoring, and appraisal of quality engineers
Key Requirements:
- Quality management experience of IPRAN product is preferred.
- Engineering management experience and team management experience
- Be familiar with using computer and office tools.
- Adapting to Overtime Work
