These are a few questions that the Seller Value Added Services (VAS) team needs to answer. The Seller VAS team is responsible for managing statistics, insights, and recommendation experience for the Sellers. From identifying key questions that need to be answered by sellers, defining data requirements, to translating the solution in a format that is easy to understand using natural language that Sellers are familiar with. The success for this team is to influence immediate improvement in Seller's activities in the platform and eventually increase their sales performance in Tokopedia.

Job Description:
Lead and manage the end-to-end experience for Value Added Services (analytics and insight) products portfolio.
Own the product prioritization and execution for Seller Value Added Services, including coordination of resources with collaborators. It includes defining trade-offs and doing risk assessments for each product priority
Define short-term and long-term product strategy for Seller Value Added Services, setting product roadmap, and act as a gatekeeper for the Value Added Verticals verticals
Maintaining the integrity of value-added service reliability and integration with other services
Drive a feedback loop mechanism combining quantitative data and qualitative insights from sellers, feedback to ensure problems and pain points are addressed
Manage and mentor junior product managers, invest in development and growth for PM in the team
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience in tech, consulting, or FMCG, with at least 3 years as a team leader or act as team leader for the large scale implementation project
Minimum of 3 years experience in product management or technical project management
Own undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, design, or business. MBA is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must
Having technology or engineering knowledge, understanding of software development process and Agile methodology is preferable
Having knowledge in customer research methods and analysis is a plus
