Responsibilities

  • Handling procurement activities from inquiry RFP / RFQ, tender process, negotiation, PO, contracting and reviewing vendor performance
  • Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
  • Analyzes and evaluates source and pricing alternatives to control cost
  • Present the alternatives of supplier / vendor


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferable Engineering
  • Min. 2-3 years experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • Having knowledge in SAP System will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge in Procurement Processes & Systems
  • Experience in reducing total cost and improving processes
  • Having analytical thinking (ability in identify, analyze and resolve problems) and an excellent team working
  • Having knowledge in Retail Industry and Contract Management will be an advantage
