Who You'll Work With
You will be based in one of our offices in Asia as part of the Marketing & Sales (M&S) practice.
You will lead and orchestrate the delivery of core strategic priorities, transferring best practices across geographic hubs, innovating core practice management processes such as client go to market, performance management, etc. and building and energizing the community. You will be working closely with the practice leader for Asia Marketing & Sales, the regional hub and service line leaders, and the global operations team.What You'll Do
You will act as a thought partner for relevant Marketing & Sales leaders and identify opportunities to create next level impact, bringing the best of M&S to our clients.
You will work closely with geographic hub leaders in shaping and delivering hub strategies including leading the capture and cross-fertilization of best practices across hubs, defining client priorities with regional, service line and sector leaders, and driving regional go to market approach. You will manage the overall drumbeat of practice operations and performance management (e.g., prepare materials for leadership calls/meetings, strategic planning and performance dialogue, monthly performance tracking and annual budgeting).
You will provide oversight and coaching to the practice operations team on key operational areas such as knowledge codification and dissemination, practice conference/community building events, and reach & relevance. You will develop and orchestrate the delivery of strategic initiatives for growth platforms (e.g., digital marketing) in the region by providing leadership support, serving as task master across portfolio of initiatives and lead specific top priority projects as needed.
You will collaborate on global priorities and roll out in Asia including bringing knowledge to market (e.g., recipe adoption), accelerating solution attach and developing the alliances and acquisition strategy. You will liaise with the global people teams/leaders to manage and develop our people agenda in Asia and China including developing strategy and recommendations for continued program enhancement, mentorship, learning agenda, etc.
