The Opportunity
Performing and executing the implementation of the DPLK & GS procedures for Billing area, provide guidance on the development of systems and work processes, evaluate the implementation of the work process to become more effective and efficient
What We are Looking for
  • Experienced talent with minimum 2 year working experience in the same field .
  • Talent who are University graduates hold Bachelor degree.
  • Insurance and Pension Knowledge Training
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as communication skill

What are nice to have
  • Preferable Certification of AAJI and or CPLHI.
  • Experience worked for multinational companies.

On the Job You Will
1.Implement procedures in DPLK Manulife Indonesia under supervision in:
  • Receive, response data contribution from customers
  • Reconciling data contribution and provide compile data result
  • Provide contribution frequently and sporadically
  • Controlling over payment from suspense and contribution
  • Provide internal report

2. Exercise control over the whole process is the responsibility and ensure their implementation in accordance with the standard of service in both the service and quality of service, so as to meet customer desire and also make the necessary procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the work unit
3. Participate in sustainable development to develop system and procedures in POS DPLK Manuife Indonesia so that can be efficiently and effectively continue to meet customer desire.
4. Provide continuous service to customer in accordance with customer demand
5. Responsible for data confidentiality of customer and maintain customer data in accordance with applicable regulations
6. Maintain and handling AJMI, MAMI, BSI, Agency DPLK contribution
7. Provide report and maintain monthly deduct credit card payment
8. Create Billing Management Report
