The Opportunity
Performing and to ensure all daily files Money-in, Money-Out and Weekly files are uploaded and scanning on timely basis ; review and close all alerts where rationale for discounting provided in the notes.
What We are Looking for
  • Experienced talent with minimum1 year working experience in the same field .
  • Talent who are University graduates hold Bachelor degree.
  • Insurance and Pension Knowledge Training

What are nice to have
  • Preferable Certification of AAJI and or CPLHI.
  • Expert in MS Office Application

On the Job You Will
  • Provide daily extracts of money in data from investment placement transactions for DPLK and Group Saving products that occur on D+1 & Conduct a review of each participant name that has been validated in the Bridger application
  • Provide daily extracts of money out data transactions for DPLK and Group Saving products that occur on D+1 & Conduct a review of each participant name that has been validated in the Bridger application
  • Provide weekly extracts of all data transactions for DPLK and Group Saving products in Full Search & Conduct a review of each participant name that has been validated in the Bridger application
  • Provide daily extracts of all data transactions for New Business Real Time & Conduct a review of each participant name that has been validated in the Bridger application
  • Implement procedures in DPLK Manulife Indonesia under supervision in:
     Receiving contribution payment from customer
     Prepare Data Upload Suspense
     Identified Suspense and Prepare Daily Listing Payment
  • Responsible for data confidentiality of customer and maintain customer data in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Carry out the whole process in their responsibility, and ensure their implementation in accordance with the standard of service in both the service time and quality of service so as to meet the customer desire.
