Job Description:
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office in terms of equipment and utilities
  • Ensure all equipment are in working order
  • Maintenance of facilities and office assets
  • Maintain proper record of all assets
  • Liaise with building management - permits, overtime, and complains
  • Supporting on any ad hoc request related to office matters

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree from Civil and Environment Engineering, Architecture, Management, and any related major from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity (Facility Management related)
  • Good problem-solving skills and has a strong sense of responsibilities
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
