Job Description:
  • Support the development and implementation of HR projects, such as but not limited to, Workforce Management (WFM) modules, attendance machine system, payroll, employee engagement survey (Pulse Check), appraisal, or any other ad hoc projects.
  • Assess and identify the opportunity to improve and automate HR processes.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments/functions and the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to develop and implement solutions in addressing and resolving the challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Support HR projects to be done on time, on budget and on the scope with high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates on the progress of doing HR projects to keep everyone on track.
  • Gather requirements for improvement in WFM, support the development with the product team, perform UAT, training and Go-Live with users.
  • Manage WFM user role and access
  • Follow up WFM live issue and create a ticket in the ticketing system
  • Draft, maintain and update SOP and WI for HR in Warehouse and submit the SOP and WI to Document Control
  • Monitor the tracker for HR Projects

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or Management
  • 1-3 years working experience
  • Willing to be placed in Bekasi Warehouse
  • Understand the entire spectrum of an HR program, life cycle and processes
  • Experience in working with many stakeholders
  • Self-starter and independent with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Effective communicator
  • Resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Strong process, analytical and project management skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
