Job Description:
  • Ensure all daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to customer service (CS) KPI delivery properly and timely
  • Provide ad-hoc Analysis or Data related to CS KPI metrics from stakeholders
  • Headcount Management
  • Validated agent management Bucketization results & Analysis
  • Validate & process agent incentive rewards & certification
  • Provide and maintain all dashboards related to CS and KPI Metrics
  • Provide customer feedback Analysis related campaign & Marketing to campaign & Marketing Team

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Banking and Digital Industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
  • Strong operational knowledge
  • Ability to be an integral team member (planning support, documenting, and communicating)
  • Ability to prioritize, drive results, and influence team members in a cross-functional, diverse environment
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver against tight deadlines
  • Experience and strong working knowledge of various aspects of Data Analyst is preferred
