  • Conduct marketing/competitor/user research to get a better understanding of the industry players, driving meaningful discussions and analysis
  • Build forecasts for department targets and budgets using reasonable assumptions backed with industry knowledge/research and data extracted with SQL
  • Work closely with budget owners to support annual, quarterly, and monthly budget processes
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their needs, requirements, and expectations and incorporate these inputs into budgets
  • Garner insights through analysis on actual spending and tracking against budget plans

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in market research, CMI or similar role for 3-5 years.
  • Deep understanding of market and consumers insights, tools and techniques
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to facilitate discussion across stakeholders.
  • Familiar with SQL is preferred.
  • Able to analyze and synthe data from both quantitative and qualitative sources.
  • Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.
  • Exposure to payment processing system/fintech highly preferable.
