Job Description:
  • Be part of the team that shapes our Shopee branding and campaigns through robust past campaign analysis, cross-function analysis on campaign efficiency
  • Engage brand partners in executing joint business planning by using data, deep category insights and in alignment with business objective
  • Drive high-impact and growth projects, in a fast-paced environment in big scale nation-wide campaigns, and major online and offline marketing efforts
  • Work on ad-hoc e-commerce marketing projects and assignments with the most efficient execution
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for branding and market growth
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources for the flawless execution of campaigns
  • Review and analyse all key marketing metrics on a daily basis
  • Report business progress with quantitative data regularly


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business, finance, marketing or other related fields
  • 3-8 years of working experience in a fast-paced industry, Management Consulting, Tech or FMCG companies
  • Experience in project management and data analysis
  • Good inference skills to manage stakeholders
  • Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable with analysing complex, large scale data sets
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-driven and a team player
