As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities and resources in order to carry out high quality execution on the implementation of maintenance program & strategy throughout production & facility. You will need to ensure entire equipment and site infrastructure is reliable and secure site operation & production within agreed Quality, HSE and Global Engineering Standard. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: 1. Plant Performance Management Contribute in development of manufacturing strategy and goals Sets up clear goals and provides detail plans to deliver target of plant KPI 2. Project/Capex Management Contribute to develop design/installation/operation qualification in order to ensure the fit for purpose functionality is delivered and leverage the benefit as intended for Supervision lead for practical implementation & solution in project activity within the area of utility & production to ensure the project deliver standard quality and specification as agreed. 3. Budget Control Evaluate to propose budget of exceptional maintenance cost is needed to maintain/restore reliable performance of plant equipment & infrastructure 4. Compliance Management Support risk assessment to related field and topic are needed to ensure fulfilling of the requirement and global/corporate standard Carry out CAPA as agreed from assessment to ensure all plant equipment & utilities are fully compliance to agreed standard of quality, safety & engineering/maintenance 5. Plant Maintenance Implement and execute all preventive maintenance program with sufficient & qualified resources including: periodic shutdown maintenance, predictive maintenance, detective maintenance (check list, condition monitoring), run to failure Analyze & evaluate result of regular inspection check list including trend/OOS/tend to failure/inaccuracy data and provide action to maintain standard functionality & reliability Carried out reporting and documentation as determine by preventive maintenance system to ensure compliance to requirement and good documentation practices Conducts checks on serviced equipment of primary equipment to verify work completion and notes quality of maintenance performed. Conduct RCA meeting to define actions to equipment those experience continuous non conformance to standard operational & safety Contribute MTR development for all production machine and utilities Prepare maintenance task work order and work request weekly to be handed over to the technicians as per scheduled and forecasted workloads Conduct condition monitoring test to respective equipment by non destructive tools to ensure current condition and prepare action to follow up. 6. Process Excellent & CI Implementation of CI and process excellent program within Engineering Department Develop initiative to improve overall plant equipment & utility system more efficient and reliable including reduce energy consumption 7. Environment, Health and Safety Implementation of EHS management system and program Implementation of risk assessment including in work place and equipment 8. People Development Implementation of development program of Engineering Organization Implement HR programs and policies & performance review Why you Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor or diploma degree in mechanical/electrical engineering with 3 years experience in manufacturing, or Graduated from engineering college/high school in mechanical/electrical with more than 10 years experience Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Ability to strategically plan and prioritized multiple task Good interpersonal skill and ability to effectively operate within cross functional teams Moderate communication skill in English Knowledge of and/or experience in a strictly regulated industry Able to work independently and team Computer literate Why GSK Our values and expectations are at the heart of everything we do and form an important part of our culture.
