The Job

You will be responsible for :
  • Sourcing clients for new business development opportunities
  • Ensuring that monthly performance continuous improves and KPIs are met
  • Maintaining strong and supportive relationships with clients, staying updated and ensuring needs are met
  • Being able to identify customers needs quickly, providing appropriate solutions and promoting the value of our services
  • Regularly reviewing sales strategy and streamlining processes to increase sales
  • Preparing monthly/quarterly reports of sales performance

The Profile

You have a relevant degree and at least 2 years experience within Sales or Account Management role. You have strong commercial acumen and fundamental understanding of sales principles. You have strong listening, communication, influencing and presentation skills, with ability to empathise with clients and the drive to solve their pain-points. You hold yourself to high standards and have a proven track record of not just meeting your targets, but exceeding them. You are always willing to learn and looking for ways to improve capabilities.
