Job Description
The Opportunity
Performing and executing Employee Benefit sales, the chance is to grow and excel with the company within the Manulife business.
What We are Looking for
  • Experienced talent with minimum 5 years experience especially in Employee Benefit
  • Talent who are University graduates hold Bachelor degree.
  • Strong skill in Life Insurance
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as communication skill

What are nice to have
  • Experience as Employee Benefit or similar role for about 5 years.
  • Experience worked for multinational companies.

On the Job You Will
  • Development of sales reporting systems dashboard to streamline information and analyze sales tunnel and sales pipeline data to forecast achievable sales volume related to budget as needed by the management team on weekly basis
  • Analyze sales flow procedures and look for best practice compare with market competitor and marketing intelligent analysis to ensure our product and services are on par with market condition, initiate change with new methods implementation and implement change base on result analysis.
  • Involvement in monthly review and analysis of report and report findings and trends, to summarize results analysis based on actual performance and initiate action plan with Head EB
  • Conduct ad hoc projects, several action plan as identified by the Head EB Dist
  • Provide data and guides to help the sales team measure gap to sales achievement and sales forecast and ensure action plan are taken
  • Liaise with Head Eb Dist head and marketing support team to develop specific sales strategies, marketing campaign, contest, event, etc
