TheKeyAccountExecutiveresponsible for acquisition banking and financial institution clients also maintain and develop of existing clients to reach and exceed sales targets. This is akeyrole working directly with Operation, Customer Service, Finance and Senior Management.

Responsibilites
    • Executing Sales objectives in number of volumes, number of new shipper and percentage of growth existing clients in Banking and Financial Institution vertical market
    • Preparing sales materials and presentations to new clients and conduct monthly performance review to existing clients
    • Managing day-to-day relationships and communications withkeyclients and target clients
    • Reporting of sales metrics with CRM SalesForce for internal purposes
    • Actively manage and resolve elite shippers issues by clarifying the shipper's complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
    • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, internal and external, across different geographies, throughout the on-boarding, shipping and delivery cycle


Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in any major
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
    • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
    • 3 years of experience in Courier/Logistics sales will be advantage
    • Experience manage banking and or financial institution vertical market will be advantage
