The Opportunity
This job will be expected to Promote and raise awareness of internal control and risk throughout the organization. You will have chance to involve in an vital work Ensuring the effectiveness of the internal control system by carrying out programs for examining, reviewing and providing input on policies, processes and procedures to ensure the adequacy of controls in order to support business growth
What We are Looking for
  • Minimum education S1 majoring in Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting.
  • Have experience working in auditing and / or internal control with a minimum of 6 years as a supervisor / team leader / manager in the financial industry, preferably as an Investment Manager
  • Strong analytical skills and focus on details
  • Have in-depth knowledge of the Capital Market Law, BAPEPAM Regulations and other related regulations.
  • Preferably already have a WMI license.

What are nice to have
  • Hold the experience in reviewing and compiling Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and able to manage several projects simultaneously

On the Job You Will
  • Planning and coordination of internal control programs within MAMI to support business growth.
  • Develop audit manuals, audit plans, schedule and carry out inspections according to the agreed schedule.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews; assess the effectiveness and application of controls, as well as compliance with applicable policies and procedures as well as local and global regulations including ISO standards.
  • Serves as the contact person for all internal / external audits and government.
  • Work closely with the Risk Management and / or Compliance team to discuss all issues in policies, procedures and risk management.
  • Compile and provide audit / review / investigation reports that detail conclusions and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Report all problems that impact customers and bank partners, and potential risks to superiors and / or the Board of Directors.
