Job Description

The Job

You will be responsible for :
  • Generating leads by prospecting and qualifying to create a pipeline.
  • Reaching out to prospects vis cold calling, emailing, networking during events, seminars and conferences etc.
  • Building solid pipelines for the sales teams to pursue.
  • Keeping track of monthly, quarterly and annual targets versus performance to try and exceed the given goals.
  • Working closely with the sales team to understand lead conversion funnels and accordingly work on the lead generation techniques.

The Profile
  • You have a Degree / Diploma and you are keen on building a career in the sales domain.
  • This role is open for fresh graduates who are looking forward to learning and performing to help businesses realize their objectives.
  • You have the drive to work towards always exceeding your targets.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
  • You love interacting with people and you will be comfortable dealing with clients.
