Job Description :

  • Fully understand regulatory requirement and standard policy and procedures governing Customer Due Diligence (CDD)
  • Obtained complete information and documents from IBG customers relating to new CDD or updating CDD information for existing client
  • Perform Identification %26amp; verification process in accordance with CDD standard procedures
  • Accurately and completely input all CDD information to AoS
  • Coordinate with relevant RM to obtain accurate information or supporting documents relating to CDD completion
  • Coordinate with IBG Operation to understand the road blocks in the process of completing CDD on time and ensure that all issues raised are solved
  • Be responsible to ensure that there is no overdue in CDD periodic review
  • Escalate to IBG UORM PIC if there is un-solved matter for more than 14 days to find resolution
  • Close coordination with IBG UORM PIC team who tracks monthly completion of periodic CDD to agree overdue rate (if applicable)
  • Obtain necessary approval for CDD extension
  • Ensure 100% completion of CDD periodic review cases for each year as planned and submission to regulator
