Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible in managing effective recruitment timeframes and ensuring positions are filled in a timely manner and in line with Head of Department/ Project Director's expectation
  • Responsible in conducting selection and recruitment process which involves pre-screen and assess applications in matching candidate competencies
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, sourcing campaigns and etc
  • Find, engage and approach passive candidates
  • Perform HR transactional activities including data entry, correspondence, reporting and record keeping
  • To ensure proper documentation, correspondence, report, filling and records are consistent with guideline and procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or in any field
  • Preferably 2-3 years working experience in telecommunication field
  • Results oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command in English
  • Mandarin speaker will be a plus point
