Job Description


Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment process & Interview arrangement for requirement resources in project
  • Reporting and manage database for resources in project
  • Formulates, releases, promotes, and implements the HR management system for the project team.
  • Team building: calls and recruits personnel in the startup phase of the project to set up the project team, including calling Chinese employees and recruiting and leasing local personnel.
  • Capability improvement: includes training of new employees, skills delivery from Chinese employees to local employees and internal knowledge delivery performed by senior experts, to train internal personnel for the project.
  • Appraisal : implements the performance management system of the company, implements performance management within the project team accordingly, and makes good use of the results
  • Enhances internal corporate culture in the project team, implements cohesion building, and boosts member morale.
  • Establishes, manages, and update of the member ledger for the project team.
  • Dynamically manages the appraisal and man-hours of the core roles of the project.

Key Requirements:
  • Be familiar with Excel, PPT, and other office software.
  • Good English communication
  • Experience in HR communication engineering
  • Good cooperation and coordination
  • Ready to work anywhere in Indonesia
