Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Give the required information, assistance, and solutions as HR Business Partner related to HR/People matters for stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the recruitment process to maintain manpower planning, assist employee selection, orientation, and onboarding,
  • Maintain the transfers of an employee within the company, and ensure all the process are aligning with the applied regulation
  • Responsible for Industrial Relation, to comply with Indonesia Labor Law and company regulations. Handling the objective investigations regarding HR related matters, and make a solution with an action plan
  • Manage learning and development programs for the employees regarding training need analysis coordinate with the stake holders.

Key Requirements:

  • Having a minimum of four years experience in HR General
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from any major or related background
  • Good experience in Recruitment Process
  • Willing to conduct training class and coaching
  • Having a Technology mindset
  • Good communication skills and agile
  • Willing to travel between cities in regional
