The Opportunity
Primary contact for TPA from Manulife aims to build strong relationship with TPA ( Third Party Administrator), ensure all TPA service levels meet the Manulife KPI, collaboration with stakeholder to ensure all activities is on target to achieve both parties business goals. The chance is to grow and excel with the company within the Manulife business.
What We are Looking for
  • Minimum 2 years experience in project management office, agile squad, insurance operations
  • Talent who are University graduates hold Bachelor degree.
  • Strong skill in problem solving and risk assessment
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as communication skill

What are nice to have
  • Bachelor degree S-1 Computer science, information technology, communication
  • Experience worked for multinational companies.

On the Job You Will
  • To lead the project New TPA, ensure all aspect related to TPA changes will managed and ensure project TPA is on target as timeline
  • Plan, direct and coordinate all activities to ensure that TPA objectives are accomplished within the agreed timeline
  • To conduct the due diligence, review the risk, improvement the customer journey, campaign and communication , set the KPI of all services and strong monitor for the achieved service level towards goals
  • To manage, monitor and control the business flows of TPA Party, to ensure the smooth transition from one process to another, within, inter departments in an accurate and timely manner as agreed in the Service Level Agreements
  • To manage the relationship with the TPA party by developing a good communication and socialization session to inform new procedures and business rules
  • To manage the complaint from client and stakeholder, settles dispute and resolve the problems, create the anticipation plan
  • Provide the TPA monthly report, conduct monthly meeting to monitor all services , escalate the problem to supervisor and prepare the improvement plan
