- %26middot;Responsible for providing recommendations on new health product development/revamp.
- %26middot;Responsible for managing health product portfolio %26ndash; performance, profitability.
- %26middot;Responsible for getting market information and prepare update for management on matters related to health (specifically health products).
- %26middot;Assist in conducting workshops, training, reporting (Local/ RO) and review documents related to health products for AXA entities.
- %26middot;Support entities devising campaigns, monitor and reports to drive sales strategies and achieve targets.
- %26middot;Support function head in preparing health governance (monthly/ quarterly) update.
- Specialize on Health Product
1.A graduate/ post graduate degree in Management (Marketing or Finance), Actuary or related field.
2.Experience in insurance or financial industry more than 10 years in Product Management, Operation, Marketing or Health Business
3.Update with current insurance regulation
4.Negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
5.Ability to analyses numbers and good understanding of MS Excel and MS Power Point will be preferred
6.Energetic personality with good communication skills (Bahasa and English); a positive force within a team
7.Logical, data-driven mindset with a significant touch of %26ldquo;creative madness%26rdquo;
