The Opportunity
This role will be expected to conduct planning, executing and achieving plan for Retail Distribution (Alpha) channel. You will have opportunity to leads the team to provide good service to end clients and deliver productivity to achieve company’s goal.
What We are Looking for
  • Candidate with minimum a Bachelor Degree holder
  • Sales experience within financial industry within 10 years or more
  • Talent with WMI & / WAPERD license and Adequate knowledge of investment and mutual funds concept and the dynamic of capital market
  • A person whom shown good interpersonal skill, ability to collaborate with other people well within the same unit or others
  • Talent with good English proficiency both in written communication and verbal communication.

What are nice to have
  • Experience with asset management companies is highly appreciated
  • Experience worked for multinational companies and accustomed working in a matrix organization.

On the Job You Will
  • Together with Head of Wealth Distribution to strategize and to plan on Alpha business model in order for Alpha to become an established and promising business channel. This includes continuous improvement through feedback.
  • Initiate and Coordinate sales activities and effort with team members and other department / unit, local level and also regional level.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales plan and results within timeline.
  • Develop each team members and ensure each one creating business value according to their roles, capabilities and responsibilities.
  • To review performance periodically, sales tracking & monitoring and to ensure all activities are directed in effective and efficient manner and has to be in line with company’s strategy.
  • Leading by example, demonstrate a good role model and create a positive and healthy competitive environment within the company
