Job Description
The Opportunity
Performing to eliminate and reduce medical abusive/overutilization high-discrepancy claim by tight monitored and improve cooperative relationships with medical doctor in partner hospitals / clinics. The chance is to grow and excel with the company within the Manulife business.
What We are Looking for
  • Experienced talent with minimum 3 years experience in Claim or Underwriting
  • Talent who are University graduates hold Bachelor degree.
  • Strong in leadership or teamwork
  • Good interpersonal skill as well as communication skill

  • Medical Background
  • Experience worked for insurance companies

On the Job You Will
  • Prepare the guideline of Case monitoring and regularly updated due to new medical technology
  • Performed daily monitoring for all cashless claim in hospital
  • Ensure all cashless claim for Group and Individual policy is monitored and applied Cost containment guideline
  • Coordination with TPA for implementation for cost containment procedures
  • Promptly monitoring of claims trends in the experience to identify risk that need corrective actions
  • Building the parameter in system to early identify the abusive in medical treatment
  • Conduct regular meeting with hospital which detect high utilization in medical treatment and planning the anticipation
  • Detection of anomalies and outliers in claims behavior, flagging potential medical abusive
  • Improving customer experience in using cashless facility
  • Ensure all excess claim collected at the hospital
  • Provide performance report ( total saved claim)
  • Coordination with treated medical doctor regarding the suspect medical abuse
  • Prepare the clinical pathway for top 10 disease
  • Data analytics for top 10 hospital cost for top 10 disease
