Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for handling general affairs (ticketing, car, driver, etc)
  2. Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
  3. Procurement/inventory control of office stationaries and pantry supplies
  4. Assist with preparing reimbursement, voucher and other claim
  5. Coordinate travel arrangements (e.g. hotel reservation, transport/taxi etc)

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum diploma or degree
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skill
  3. Mandarin spoken, written
  4. Ability to work independently and in a team
  5. Work experience of 1 to 3 years as General Affair and Admin Staff
