  • Master's degree or PhD

  • Top-tier problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills

  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa in business contexts
  • Flexibility to travel 40-70%

You'll join our Asia Organization practice in Jakarta, Indonesia and be part of McKinsey's broader Southeast Asia office.

You'll work in small, client-facing teams as a dedicated expert for the Organization practice.
In this role, you'll lead the org portion of a client engagement where you will facilitate sustainable and large-scale organizational change at clients. You will apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to help solve your piece of the overall client puzzle, and you'll synthe conclusions into recommendations and work directly with senior client leaders to implement change.
You'll be responsible for driving the development and execution of client work related to our service lines. As part of your role, you will implement new, innovative market strategies in the region and work jointly with global and regional leaders to identify, syndicate and implement new initiatives for individual clients.
You will also be an inspiring people leader who will apprentice and mentor colleagues. You will contribute to and build knowledge that enables us to be at the forefront of org topics.
This is a partner-electable track at McKinsey.
