Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning events and exhibition, be present during the event to deal with any issues
  • Planning exhibition hall layouts and activities programme such as workshops/seminars
  • Searching suitable venues and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
  • Coordinating with related vendors, calculate events & exhibition price
  • Promoting the event and organising the production of marketing material, sales brochures
  • Make sure the event runs smoothly


Requirements

  • Experience in trade and industry exhibitions
  • Have related experience in exhibition organising companies
  • Good communication skill to work with suppliers, contractors, and many other parties at the same time
  • Have ability to planning, budgeting, and organize events and exhibition
  • Good negotiation skill
  • Can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good organization and problem solving skill
  • Willing to work when the exhibition is on, which often during weekends or evenings
