Our new digital banking initiative will focus on creating innovative products and services to integrate banking into our customers%27 digital lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
1.SupportConsumer Credit Digital Enablement Head in leading Consumer Credit Units toestablish digitization initiatives and set up digitization operating model inCredit Acquisition processes within acceptable risk appetite.
2.Work togetherwith all related Units in Acquisition processes identify and implementdigitization initiatives to improve Employee Journey and Customer Journey
3.IntroduceTest & Learn Framework for any changes in policies and/or processes as partof digitization initiative within Bank Risk Appetite
4.Perform dataanalyses involving Non Traditional Data and/or Dark Data in setting up newAcquisition Risk Strategy (Algo Lending Strategy)
5.Set riskdecision parameters and perform regular parameter/stragegy updation/maintenancein Risk Decision Tools.
6.Ensure Cost & Benefit analysis are done comprehensively in each of the digitization strategy


Qualification:
1. Experience in Consumer Credit area, particularly in Policy & Credit Approvalprocess
2. Experience inimplementing Process Improvements (with Automation)
3. Goodunderstanding in end to end Consumer Credit processing
4. Good understanding in BankingRegulation, Operational Risk, in addition to Credit Risk
