Job Description
Digital Email Campaign Specialist is to take the lead our email marketing campaign strategies to communicate information of our product or service. This role also will manage the target audience, devices campaign and launches email campaign to increase brand awareness and maximizing revenue opportunities from the company CRM and customer database.
Work includes minimizing list decay and unsubscribes to increase ROI on email campaign. Expected to increase email success with higher open and click through rates.
This role requires work-collaboration with other digital marketing team, operations and also distribution and marketing team.
Responsibilities:
  • Managing with develop company email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing
  • Analysis of current email marketing campaign and making report & recommendations for improvement
  • Managing trigger email campaign throughout the customer lifecycle to improve customer experience and maximize revenue generated
  • Leverage email database to identify ongoing management and continued segmentation for specific criteria of the campaigns
  • Analyze email database list health and segmentation strategy
  • Utilize workflow tools to manage email production calendar, promotional calendar, editorial, social calendar (on an interim basis), build CSS/HTML email templates, establish list segmentation and email execution
  • Develop A/B testing on various email campaign to enhance the optimal campaign deliverable including deployment times, segmentation and optimization on many device & platform for increasing customer engagement
  • Ensuring all email campaign comply with current email best practice in the industry and applied with company risk and compliance regulation
  • Support capital budgeting process, including monitoring and controlling of all costs associated with directly owned digital marketing programs and initiatives
  • Manage documentation for internal and external related to email campaign workflow
