Are you a passionate technical audience marketer who thrives when getting involved in grassroots initiatives and building lasting relationships with community leaders and influencers The AWS APJ Developer Team is seeking a driven, talented, and experienced community marketing manager to engage with developers in Indonesia, driving awareness, adoption, and advocacy of the AWS cloud.
This role will sit within our AWS Developer organization, where our goal is to win the hearts and minds of developers around the region by meeting them where they are and providing the right technical education, tools, and resources to enable developer success. One way we do this is by engaging with developers in-person via local technical communities, user groups, and community organized events.
As Developer Community Manager, you will act as a liaison between our internal developer marketing & evangelism teams, and the community of AWS users. You will be responsible for defining and driving on-point messaging, creating compelling community engagement tactics, and building strategic, customer focused, community & event-based marketing programs. You will also be responsible for building lasting relationships with prominent developers who are influential within AWS technical communities, providing them with tools and resources to share knowledge of AWS within their networks.
· Define and own an Indonesia vision for developer community engagement by developing awesome community awareness programs including AWS User Groups, AWS Community Day events, as well as net-new initiatives
· Drive event strategy, execution, and measurement for community engagement into our developer-focused marketing presence at AWS and large third-party events.
· Identify and establish working partnerships with new developer-relevant Meetups and user groups
· Build and roll out AWS Developer Mentor Program for advanced developers
· Work closely with AWS Field Marketing and Technical Evangelism teams, to scale our developer community engagement & advocacy across APJ region
· Build tactics for analyzing and quantifying the impact of our developer community engagement & advocacy programs
· Report on metrics and discuss progress of the community initiatives with regional Business, and Marketing leadership

· A Bachelor degree in marketing, business, technology, or relevant field of study.
· 7-10 years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing communications, community marketing, and/or digital/high-technology companies/products
· Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
· Demonstrated experience in developing and executing long-term strategic roadmaps
· Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects across categories or other departments
· Strong understanding of online and virtual marketing platforms and also social media
Travel across may be required
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team player and ability to work with cross functional teams outside the developer ecosystem
· Ability to think big and propose innovative strategies to maximize impact
A passion for cloud computing and the tech industry
