The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for interacting effectively across multiple channels with customers and partners. You will handle all inquiries and resolve escalating issues in a professional manner that will ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will communicate customer feedback to related teams and identify ways to enhance and improve customer experience.
The Profile

  • You have a Degree in a related field and at least 1 year of working experience, ideally within the Ecommerce.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standard in fast-paced environments.
