Job Description


Key Responsibilities

1.Answer all incoming related inquiries from walk-in Customer with accurate feedback. This will include the disbursement of various information, distribution of different promotional flyers, checking volumes, and receiving comments/complaints. Therefore, keeping abreast of new information on products, promotions, Sales & Marketing Plan, policies & procedures is necessary in order to provide consistent information and explanations to Distributors
2.Receive incoming calls (Inbound) and make outgoing calls (Outbound)
3.Receive customer complaints Face to face or by telephone and provide solutions to solve problems to customers
4.Checking customer data either manually or through systems
Key Requirements:

1.At least Bachelor graduate.
2.Fresh Graduate welcome
3.Proficiency in verbal and written in English, proficiency in a second local language is a must.
4.Excellent personality and interpersonal skills
5.Ability to provide superb customer service and resolve problems independently under the company's guidelines
6.Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
7.Ability to work in a result-oriented atmosphere under pressure and meeting tight deadlines as flexible working hours maybe required
8.Good computer literacy (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
9.Attractive
