The Role Responsibilities
Ensure application processing for nexus and related retail loan products are done by following Delegation of Authority and in compliance with established Credit Policy

  • Manage daily and monthly productivity level

  • Ensure application is processed within Standard Turn Around Time (TAT) and acceptable error rate

  • Ensure aging application is closely monitored

  • Manage approval quality within standard good indicators


  • Ensure compliance to Group&rsquos and local governance

Regulatory & Business Conduct

  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct.

  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Other Responsibilities

  • Proactive and provide constructive ideas for product and process improvement

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 3 years experiences as Credit Analyst or Risk position (Retail or SME) in local or foreign Bank

  • Experience in Digital lending business will be a plus

  • Have BSMR Certification (any Level)

  • Basic Microsoft Office Application skill is mandatory
